They are seeking a Reverse Logistics Technical reputed company to drive technical reputed company and execution for rebuilding and refurbishment processes, focusing on aviation assets and optimizing their reverse logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead technical reputed company reputed company on the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle for returned assets and drones, encompassing diagnosis, harvesting of components, rebuilding, and refurbishment processes
- Design, reputed company, and implement streamlined and efficient technical processes for the triage, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment of assets, ensuring adherence to stringent reputed company control standards at reputed company stage
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Providers, to optimize the overall reverse logistics reputed company, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that demonstrably reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and enhance the reputed company of refurbished products
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as detailed repair manuals, effective troubleshooting guides, and reputed company training materials, to support internal teams and external partners
- Take ownership of data analysis and reporting reputed company to technical rebuild metrics, providing insights into performance, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions for reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, a closely reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of reputed company experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or a reputed company technical role with increasing responsibility
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and manage technical solutions and systems to optimize repair procedures, product evaluation and process development in support reverse logistics, maintenance or 3PSP maintenance
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end reverse logistics processes, including triage, repair, rebuilding, refurbishment, and disposition strategies
- Proven proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, reputed company, and Power BI, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and generate actionable reports
- Experience in evaluating and effectively managing relationships with reputed company-party vendors providing technical solutions and services for reverse logistics
- Strong ability to analyze end-to-end processes, apply manufacturing statistics and design of experiments principles, and identify data-driven opportunities for reputed company improvement
- Proven reputed company record of successfully managing technical reputed company and leading cross-functional teams, including experience in asset management, project planning, issue tracking, and task scoping
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to identifying reputed company causes and implementing effective solutions
