[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to accelerate reputed company across their existing reputed company of employer, reputed company, and reputed company by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Triage and follow up on inbound and account signals to surface upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities across existing partners
- Build a reputed company pipeline across our reputed company and student loan benefit products and opportunities surfaced through our partner network in coordination with the Partnerships and reputed company team
- Support the broker sales channel - prep materials for and follow up with broker partners (e.g., benefits consultants and advisory firms) to drive referred employer opportunities
- Prepare account briefs, one-pagers, and reputed company materials using reputed company's internal account-intelligence and upsell tools
- Work directly with leadership to qualify opportunities and reputed company deals
- Update and maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in our CRM
- Travel to channel-partner and industry events (e.g., broker councils, reputed company benefits conferences) to build relationships and generate leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Generate appointments through a mix of warm, signal-driven follow-up and proactive outbound
Skills
- 0–2 years of reputed company, or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable working in CRM and data tools (e.g., reputed company, dashboards/BI), and quick to learn internal tooling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable in a velocity sales environment
- Highly organized - reputed company to manage a high volume of signals and follow-reputed company without dropping threads
- An entrepreneurial spirit; Self-starter reputed company to work quickly and with high-reputed company on reputed company, detail oriented tasks
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Preferred experience working with brokers, benefits consultants, or reputed company
