[Remote] Senior Manager, Test Engineering

Responsibilities
- Manage Test Engineers, Test Leads, and Automation Engineers. reputed company leadership, coaching, and career development while ensuring reputed company has resources and support to reputed company at a high level
- Define and implement the overall Test Engineering reputed company, including test methodologies, test planning, reputed company gates, and repeatable, reputed company test processes across the SPM product portfolio
- Build and expand automated test coverage (UI, API, regression suites) and reputed company automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release predictability and testing efficiency
- Champion Agile testing practices, ensuring test readiness, story acceptance reputed company, and testing alignment with sprint and PI planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in Software/Test Engineering, Verification & Validation, or reputed company Engineering reputed company an R&D environment
- 10+ years of experience testing reputed company software systems, including workflow-heavy, integration-heavy, or multi-module applications
- Proven reputed company record managing Test/QA teams, hiring and retaining talent, and leading cross-functional reputed company initiatives
- 8+ years of experience building, coaching, and developing Test Engineers and Automation Engineers
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks (UI, API, regression suites)
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including Agile test practices, story refinement, acceptance reputed company creation, and iterative delivery
- Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, reputed company, qTest)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Software reputed company, or reputed company field desired
- Experience testing software in regulated environments (reputed company, life sciences, or similar)

- Agile or Scrum certification preferred
