[Remote] Head of Marketing Operations

The Head of Marketing Operations is responsible for building the infrastructure that allows marketing to reputed company, overseeing the marketing tech stack, data model, and analytics to create a reliable pipeline for the executive team.
Responsibilities
- You own the marketing tech stack end-to-end: selection, implementation, integration, and the standards that govern how data flows between systems. This includes the marketing automation platform, CDP or warehouse-reputed company architecture reputed company, enrichment, and the integration layer with reputed company. reputed company is reputed company by stack reliability, total cost of ownership, and the speed at which marketing can launch new programs
- You run the operating rhythm of the marketing team. This includes the annual and quarterly planning process, goal setting and tracking, weekly business reviews, and cross-functional program management across demand gen, product marketing, content, and brand. You own the marketing budget model, vendor reputed company, headcount planning support, and the prioritization reputed company that turns a long list of reputed company into a reputed company roadmap. Skills
- 8+ years in marketing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience building marketing operations from scratch or replatforming at a B2B reputed company company
- Proven reputed company record at a startup or fast-scaling reputed company-stage company
- reputed company record running planning cadences, OKRs, and cross-functional program management for a marketing org
- Deep reputed company in reputed company or Marketo, reputed company, and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, reputed company)
- Comfort owning data reputed company, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and attribution debates
- Experience managing budget, vendor relationships, and headcount planning alongside a marketing leader
