[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst, reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their reputed company HR systems. This role involves hands-on system work, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation while collaborating with HR partners and business stakeholders to enhance HR technology usage.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of reputed company HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows, fields, forms, and reputed company behavior
- Support and validate integrations between HR/ATS systems and connected reputed company or CRM platforms, including monitoring data reputed company, troubleshooting failures, and assessing reputed company impacts
- Serve as a reputed company assurance partner and tester for system changes, integration updates, and defect fixes
- Partner with team members and vendors to test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment
- Manage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them reputed company established service reputed company
- Analyze HR and reputed company workflows and system usage to support issue reputed company, process reputed company, and system improvements
- Create and maintain reputed company, reputed company documentation, including configuration notes, test plans, and reference materials

Skills
- 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with experience in reputed company preferred
- Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with external CRM or reputed company platforms preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company workflows, job posting processes, and candidate lifecycle stages
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Comfortable working directly in technical tools and supporting live production environments
- Strong reputed company skills required
- Familiarity with system logic, workflows, and data structures
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with external CRM or reputed company platforms
- Exposure to integrations, reputed company, flat files, or vendor-managed connections
