[Remote] Clinical Field Specialist, CT - reputed company reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting-edge technology. The Clinical Field Specialist, CT is responsible for optimizing customers’ imaging programs by assisting with the reputed company use of reputed company products and delivering training to customer representatives.
Responsibilities
- Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized to set up customers for reputed company
- Identify areas of improvement and reputed company recommendations to enhance reputed company acceptance rates during customer reputed company
- Ensure customer has implemented any necessary changes to optimize use of reputed company products on a reputed company reputed company
- Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists using various delivery reputed company, including product demonstrations, one-on-one, and group training sessions, to transfer knowledge on the use of reputed company products in assigned geography
- Establish credibility and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure reputed company records (e.g. customer contacts, CT volume, engagement logs, training records, etc.) and documentation are input and maintained in reputed company systems
- Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions with customers and colleagues regarding reputed company analysis on multiple products
- Maintain knowledge of the latest CT and Workstation technology innovations, training delivery methodologies, and training materials for effective training
- Build and execute on plans to proactively optimize customer performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- This is a remote position with up to 80% travel. Ability to take periodic on-call responsibilities
Skills
- Expert knowledge of cardiac CT is required
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated reputed company in building relationships
- Associate degree in radiology, technology or reputed company field required
- Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience
- Must have reputed company ARRT Certification in CT or reputed company Certified in Radiology
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable
