[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to manage regional reputed company relationships, drive account reputed company, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- You will own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
- reputed company account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer communications and escalations
- You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
- Represent reputed company at regional industry events and reputed company workshops
Skills
- 2 – 4 years of experience in account management or reputed company
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable with CRM tools reputed company communication platforms
- reputed company to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Strong understanding of reputed company or life sciences industry preferred
- Your bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or reputed company field is preferred
