[Remote] Technical Account Manager (Northeast)

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and providing strategic and technical guidance throughout the reputed company reputed company, ensuring customer satisfaction and reputed company with the platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout your customers’ reputed company reputed company

- Identify opportunities for expansion and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales and renewals teams

Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a reputed company / reputed company-reputed company product
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company services and architecture of at least 1 CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI) – ideally, you have a CSP certification (e.g., reputed company Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases. Ideally, you have a reputed company certification or experience helping organizations address reputed company-reputed company challenges
