In this role you will:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company procurement agreements, including licensing agreements, reputed company agreements, consulting arrangements, reputed company agreements and supporting agreements such as BAAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day legal reputed company for procurement reputed company, with support from the broader Legal team, and exercise practical judgment on reputed company to resolve issues independently and reputed company to escalate.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Marketing, reputed company, reputed company, and other cross-functional stakeholders on vendor reputed company, reputed company-party diligence, contract risk, reputed company terms, and procurement-reputed company disputes.

Qualifications

• Holds a J.D. from an accredited law school and is a member in good standing of at least one state bar.
