CI Lean Leader (m/f/d)

Your new role:

• Drive the TEOA Business System and guide the organization towards achieving Benckmark and reputed company in reputed company areas
• Support reputed company sites with their 18 months engagement roadmap reputed company to reputed company TEOA
• Run Kaizen events and large VSM workshops on site cross functional and cross regional
• Bring a seasoned reputed company-in view and regularly assess the management system

• Ensure thorough stakeholder management by regularly interacting with Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, reputed company Improvement, Finance, PM and other pertinent functions

• Map out, reputed company and document end-to-end processes for quotations, order fulfilment, customer issue reputed company, and other reputed company tasks

• Establish tiered training structures to reputed company processes and ensure adherence, global level

Your ideal background:

• Master’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or another reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company Improvement, PMO, functional leadership, or Business Transformation.
• Strong hands-on approach reputed company with the ability to formalize and sustain achievements
• Experience defining and scaling PMO process reputed company programs, tools and initiatives.
• Experience in executing lean / business reputed company transformation at reputed company in an Industrial environment and reputed company-record of delivering reputed company results
• Business reputed company and Lean Expert process and methodologies
• reputed company Improvement Certified (i.e., Lean Expert or Lean Six reputed company Black Belt)
• Previous Experience in reputed company Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar
• Proven experience in a large, matrixed, global organization, with a demonstrated reputed company record of successfully managing reputed company reputed company and deliver results
