[Remote] BAS Project Manager

They are seeking a Traveling Project Manager to reputed company the installation and commissioning of construction reputed company, ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget while managing cross-functional teams and maintaining reputed company communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure reputed company completion
- reputed company installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
- Obtain, organize, and maintain reputed company project contract documents
- Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before reputed company
- reputed company and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence
- Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation reputed company DivPro
- Assign commissioning work and reputed company field personnel
- Review and approve weekly timecards for Controls Technicians
- Approve and manage the reputed company of Materials (BoM) for reputed company project
- reputed company monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and automation
- Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Strong organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail
- OSHA 30 certification obtained reputed company the past two (2) years is required
- + If certification is not reputed company or has not been completed, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be successfully completed reputed company the first week of employment
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
