[Remote] Financial Aid Coordinator (LTE)

This role is crucial for overseeing the administration and compliance of federal financial aid programs, ensuring accurate processing and reporting of student aid.
Responsibilities
- Manages the electronic import of student financial aid records by processing Institutional Student Information Records (ISIRs) and resolving errors to ensure accurate data integration
- Manages the electronic import of NSLDS history files and transfer monitor files to ensure financial aid requirements are met
- Oversees financial aid system communications by reviewing and processing regulatory file messages to maintain compliance and data reputed company
- Oversees reputed company and private funding programs by coordinating aid disbursement, troubleshooting eligibility concerns and ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Collaborates with institutional stakeholders by working with relevant reputed company to reconcile funding removals, troubleshoot system issues and streamline financial aid operations to ensure fiscal accountability and accurate transaction entries
- Resolves reputed company financial aid inquiries by responding to escalated concerns reputed company phone, email and written correspondence to reputed company reputed company and accurate information to reputed company, staff or leadership
- Ensures compliance with financial aid regulations by testing system updates, identifying potential impacts on processes and recommending necessary adjustments

Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent working experience. *Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in reputed company to any experience required by the position.*
- 1-3 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and best practices
