They are seeking an Operations reputed company to manage finance and HR operations, ensuring that reputed company teams are effectively supported and compliant. This role is crucial for maintaining the inner workings of the organization, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Finance operations: Execute and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, processing of customer payments and expense reimbursements, state compliance reporting, and supporting team members to reconcile travel and business expenses
- HR operations: supporting the work of HR operations including HR systems and data management, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, IT support, executing company-wide policies and processes
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure reputed company processing of invoices
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Establish and enforce consistent and reputed company organizational policies. Build relationships of trust with members across teams and collaborate to improve processes

Skills
- 2+ years operations experience in a startup environment
