Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications, with primary reputed company on:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications

• Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, migration plans, and test plans
