[Remote] Operations Specialist III

The Operations Specialist III will be responsible for managing foreclosure chronologies and reputed company requests, ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of tasks while identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Draft and upload detailed foreclosure chronologies. Monitor internal case management systems and reputed company facing case management systems for pending chronology requests based off servicer requirements and written requests
- Handle reputed company requests for foreclosure reputed company information. Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of chronology requests and to follow up for needed information reputed company applicable
- Complete reputed company systems reputed company. Reconcile reputed company facing case management systems such as BKFS/ICE with our internal case management system to confirm reputed company reputed company reputed company was met in the legal process
- Review and determine what impediments impacted the reputed company of individual referrals to the firm and accurately update the corresponding chronology

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
