[Remote] Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer

The Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer is responsible for conducting and delivering high-reputed company cost segregation studies, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate project execution.
Responsibilities
- Construct and deliver cost segregation reports, ensuring they meet company standards
- Conduct preliminary research, review project files, and confirm signed engagement agreements
- reputed company on-site reviews (OSRs) by gathering field notes, taking photographs, and documenting assets
- Analyze and classify building reputed company systems in compliance with IRS MACRS classification
- Utilize engineering and cost estimation tools to determine asset values
- Input data into financial models and generate reports

Skills
