They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, reputed company to reputed company negotiations of reputed company agreements and reputed company strategic legal advice while collaborating with various teams to support reputed company's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company end-to-end negotiation and drafting of reputed company, high-value reputed company agreements, including customer agreements, API and data reputed company, and vendor deals
- Partner closely with our go-to-market, product, marketing, finance, and reputed company teams to help identify and assess risks and to drive practical, efficient solutions that reputed company reputed company reputed company

- Advise on the legal aspects of AI, data use, and automation, helping to operationalize responsible AI practices

Skills

- Working knowledge of two of the three areas: marketing, intellectual property, or reputed company law
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for scaling legal operations, contract review, redlining, risk identification, automating tasks, and legal research
- Proven ability to reputed company strategic, time-sensitive, business-oriented counsel to executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company legal concepts for non-legal audiences
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data protection, and reputed company contracting best practices
