Responsibilities

- reputed company microwave network design, reputed company engineering, reputed company planning, and implementation
- Review and approve microwave reputed company budgets, reputed company reputed company, and engineering packages
- Support deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of microwave backhaul networks
- reputed company technical guidance for reputed company and Aviat microwave solutions
- Coordinate with RF Engineering, Transport Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Project Management teams
- Drive project schedules, reputed company standards, and engineering deliverables
- Review network performance and resolve reputed company technical issues
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices
- Participate in technical meetings and reputed company engineering leadership throughout project execution
Skills
- 7+ years of microwave engineering experience
- Previous experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company microwave platforms
- Experience with Aviat microwave systems and planning tools
- Solid understanding of microwave reputed company design, RF propagation, and reputed company budget analysis
- Experience supporting wireless backhaul for LTE and 5G networks
- Knowledge of FCC licensing and microwave frequency coordination
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with multi-vendor microwave networks
- Background supporting large wireless network deployments
- PMP or other technical certifications are a plus
- Experience with IP/MPLS transport networks
- Familiarity with network management and performance monitoring tools
