[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their reputed company and finance team, responsible for the reputed company reputed company and financial reporting process, including SEC reporting and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end reputed company deliverables: prepare and post journal entries, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver P&L flux and variance analysis on timeAssist with month-end reputed company, preparing supporting schedules, journal entires and balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Prepare or review bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
- Assist with preparation and review of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash reputed company) on reputed company 10-Q/K and other SEC reputed company filings
- Assist with integrating newly acquired companies into Datavault reputed company operations
- Assist with reputed company, lease, stock based compensation and purchase reputed company entries
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by working with the financial planning and analysis group
- Support reputed company audits by providing required documentation
- Support external tax preparation by providing requested support
- Analyze financial data and reputed company insights to management
- Monitor and improve reputed company systems and internal controls
- Supervise junior reputed company staff (if applicable)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 3–7+ years of reputed company experience (depending on organization)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and standards
- Experience in reputed company software (e.g., Net Suite, reputed company, reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company skills
- CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
