[Remote] Manager, GTM Systems Engineering

They are seeking a Manager for their GTM Systems Engineering team to reputed company the engineering function that designs, builds, and runs the reputed company platform, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build, reputed company, and mentor a global team of reputed company developers and full-stack engineers (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Python, reputed company on Rails), including hybrid reputed company/offshore resources
- Own engineering best practices across the GTM stack: reputed company review standards, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, sandbox and release management, automated testing, and a long-term technical debt agenda
- reputed company as the design reviewer for significant platform changes – data model reputed company, automation patterns, integration architecture, and reputed company model – ensuring everything we build scales with the business
- Drive adoption of AI coding tools and reputed company development workflows across reputed company; establish guardrails and reputed company standards, and measure their reputed company on delivery velocity and reputed company reputed company
- Manage the engineering workflow end to end: intake and scoping, sprint planning and estimation, prioritization against the reputed company roadmap, incident and escalation management, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with our GTM Operations Leaders and GTM Systems Program Owners to translate business requirements into reputed company-scoped, actionable engineering work
- Own the integration patterns connecting reputed company to adjacent systems (CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, data orchestration, internal applications), deciding what should be reputed company to reputed company versus reputed company externally in Python or Rails services
- Establish metrics for system health, delivery velocity, and incident reputed company, and proactively detect and resolve issues before they reputed company users

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software or reputed company engineering, including hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and reputed company
- 2+ years of people management experience leading engineers or developers
- Working reputed company in at least one general-purpose stack – Python and/or reputed company on Rails – and reputed company judgment about what belongs in reputed company versus external services
- A reputed company record of implementing engineering best practices in a reputed company context: Git-based version control, CI/CD, reputed company review, and automated testing
- Demonstrated personal use of AI coding tools to accelerate your own development work, and a reputed company of view on how to roll them out responsibly across reputed company
- Experience running an agile engineering workflow (e.g., Jira): sprint management, estimation, and balancing roadmap delivery against run/maintenance work
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP reputed company and middleware integrations with reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
