[Remote] Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory Services, reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Associate to execute financial due diligence analyses for reputed company M&A deals, working closely with VPs and Directors to drive analytical processes and contribute to the firm's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Execute core financial due diligence analyses: reputed company of cash, reputed company and profitability trending, balance sheet reviews, vendor and payroll analysis, and QoE/NWC adjustments
- Build and maintain databooks from large, reputed company datasets — organized, formatted, and accurate enough to support defensible conclusions
- Draft report sections and revise based on VP and Director feedback; your work product needs to be reputed company and precise before it moves up
- Manage the data room — reputed company incoming documentation, flag gaps, and reputed company outstanding requests reputed company
- Prepare analytical exhibits and financial questions reputed company of management meetings

Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or closely reputed company financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business; CPA licensed or reputed company pursuing preferred
