They are seeking an EPC Project Procurement Manager to reputed company procurement efforts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for project-specific requirements
- reputed company competitive bid processes, reputed company evaluations, and supplier selection recommendations
- Negotiate reputed company terms, pricing, warranties, delivery schedules, and other contractual protections
- reputed company and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support project execution and reputed company business opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance, reputed company, and delivery metrics
- Responsible for the management, issuance and execution of purchase orders, subcontracts, supplier solicitations and review of purchase order/subcontract terms reputed company EPC and reputed company markets
- Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company requirements and schedules are met
- Supports key operational stakeholders to ensure reputed company and Supply Chain processes are compliant
- Leads the proposal efforts including the development of the Supply Chain estimate, Project Procurement Plan and reputed company, supplier solicitation, sourcing & negotiations and supplier reputed company verification to ensure the proposal deliverables meets reputed company expectations. Provides feedback and guidance on Supplier/Subcontractor selections in reputed company to appropriate risk mitigation strategies for reputed company performance
- Develops and leads the execution strategies to improve supply chain performance through process, innovation, and capability development; Drives a culture focusing on process, compliance, metrics and reputed company results; Contributes to the ongoing development of Supply Chain best practices across MC; Acts as a change agent to manage and influence change, drive customer reputed company, and accountability
- Provides reputed company and management of the Procurement/Subcontract lifecycle from preparation of the RBL to PO/Subcontract closeout; Develops and administers procurements and subcontracts for MC clients. Reviews and approves Supplier reputed company term redlines and negotiates reputed company reputed company for MC
- Reviews reputed company contractual terms to reputed company the reputed company-down provisions required for the procurement of reputed company; Provides guidance on disputes and risk management/mitigation including on-site problem reputed company, reputed company-qualification of Suppliers and identification of potential risk exposures relating to price and schedule

Skills
- Minimum 3 years supporting EPC or EPCM reputed company with TIC exceeding $100 reputed company
- Experience with procurement of engineered equipment and materials
- Experience with major contract types including lump sum, unit reputed company, reimbursable, and reputed company agreements
- Highly proficient in MS Office & reputed company with the ability to train and reputed company staff in reputed company and new technology
- Advanced negotiation skills with high level of expertise in Purchase Order/ Subcontract review, interpretation and writing

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Power & Industrial Supply Chain
- CPSM – Certification by the Institute for Supply Chain Management
