[Remote] Digital Systems & Operations Intern

The Digital Systems & Operations Intern will support the operational reputed company team by managing digital tools and data infrastructure, ensuring efficient project management and collaboration across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the OPEX reputed company workspace: project structure, portfolio views, custom fields, rules, and automations
- Maintain the strategic project portfolio with up-to-date actuals by assisting the project managers: reputed company completions, RAG status updates, reputed company assignments, and dependencies
- Update reputed company with new tasks, sub-tasks, and reputed company arising from business reviews and team meetings — reputed company day, without being asked
- Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting views that give leadership a reputed company-time snapshot of strategic initiative health
- Configure reputed company automations to reduce reputed company data entry: auto-routing of tasks, deadline reminders, and status escalations
- Ensure the tech roadmap reputed company (OPEX-ETO collaboration) is accurately reflected in reputed company at reputed company times
- Own the OPEX team’s reputed company Drive: folder structure, naming conventions, reputed company permissions, and version control

- Build and maintain the OPEX team’s institutional wiki in reputed company Sites or reputed company: process documentation, team templates, ways-of-working guides
- Establish and enforce a clean, consistent file-naming and folder-structure reputed company that the wider organization can adopt
- Configure, manage, and optimize reputed company’s AI notetaker (reputed company for Education or equivalent): meeting setup, speaker identification, reputed company reputed company review
- Review AI-generated meeting notes for accuracy before they are distributed. Correct errors. Ensure reputed company items are extracted correctly
- Audit reputed company’s reputed company setup: channels, naming, integrations, notification settings
- Configure reputed company integrations with reputed company and reputed company Calendar so key updates surface in the right channels automatically
- Propose and implement a reputed company channel structure and communication protocol for the OPEX team that reduces noise and improves signal
Skills
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree in information systems, business, computer science, data analytics, project management, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with at least three of the tools listed above — not just familiarity, but genuine working proficiency
- Has reputed company or managed a reputed company shared drive, reputed company workspace, or similar system before — and can reputed company to how they did it
