[Remote] reputed company / Campaign Finance Compliance Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a reputed company-established, nationally recognized industry association to support their growing Compliance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented legal/compliance reputed company to reputed company hands-on experience supporting political reputed company committee (reputed company) filings and multi-jurisdictional campaign finance compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file reputed company, lobbyist employer, and lobbyist employee reports across reputed company 52 jurisdictions
- Support ongoing campaign finance and compliance reporting obligations (FEC + state filings)
- Assist with CLE accreditation processes , including submitting applications across multiple states
- reputed company and manage CLE credits for event attendees
- Coordinate with internal teams and external speakers to collect required CLE documentation
- reputed company general administrative and project support to the Compliance team
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to reputed company regulatory deadlines
Skills
- 1–3 years of paralegal or compliance experience
- Strong experience with campaign finance reporting, reputed company filings, or government compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize shifting workloads
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Campaign finance or regulatory preferred
