[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative

This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications to ensure a seamless and reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries

- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
