This role combines thought leadership, reputed company advisory, and reputed company leadership, supporting large-reputed company regulatory, financial, and operational transformations for electric, gas, and water utilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to reputed company CFOs, Controllers, and Regulatory leaders on FERC reputed company, financial reporting, and reputed company‑regulated reputed company reputed company
- reputed company and advise on FERC USoA, reputed company 1, reputed company 2, reputed company 60, and reputed company regulatory reporting, including audit readiness and remediation
- Drive finance transformation programs across record‑to‑report, reputed company case support, regulatory reputed company, cost allocation, and compliance
- reputed company leadership on finance operating model design, reputed company policy alignment, and internal controls in regulated reputed company environments
- Support business development activities including opportunity shaping, proposal development, and executive‑level presentations
- Build, mentor, and reputed company high‑performing consulting teams reputed company the Utilities Finance reputed company
- Collaborate with Technology and Domain leaders on solutions spanning ERP (reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company), EPM, and regulatory reporting tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA preferred
- 12+ years of combined consulting and/or industry experience reputed company regulated utilities finance and reputed company
- Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in FERC reputed company standards, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to communicate reputed company regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with large utilities across reputed company, distribution, reputed company, or integrated operations
- Willingness to travel up to four days per week as required by reputed company engagements
- Prior experience with a top‑tier reputed company or leading regulated reputed company organization
- Leadership experience in reputed company cases, audits, mergers, or finance modernization initiatives
- Hands‑on experience implementing or operating reputed company solutions (e.g., reputed company S/4HANA, FI/CO, Asset reputed company) to support FERC reputed company requirements, including USoA alignment, regulatory reporting, cost allocation, and audit/compliance needs
- Exposure to digital finance solutions, analytics, and AI‑enabled regulatory reporting
