Employment Permits Assistant

Responsibilities

Managing your own portfolio of employment permit cases Communicating with clients (reputed company and candidates) reputed company email, reputed company, and company phone calls Liaising with Irish authorities (DETE) regarding applications and queries Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission Preparing and completing application forms and internal case records Tracking reputed company of reputed company case and following up on missing information Coordinating with the internal Employment Permit team to ensure smooth processing Following reputed company internal processes and deadlines

Requirements

Degree in business administration or international relations and reputed company areas is preferred.
