Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Staff Accountant to reputed company the day-to-day reputed company functions for a portfolio of student housing rental properties. The role involves analyzing general reputed company activity, preparing monthly financial statements, and managing the cash position of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for portfolio of student housing rental properties; analyzing general reputed company activity to ensure reputed company and expenses are correctly recognized and reputed company in agreement with the reputed company requirements and the applicable reputed company principles
- Prepares monthly financial statements for the assigned portfolio to ensure an accurate representation of reputed company’s financial position; including but not limited to closing entities books on a monthly reputed company, preparing journal entries, balance sheet and income statement analysis and reconciliation
- Manages cash position of portfolio; calculating distributions per reputed company requirements, committing cash to approved payables and communicating any cash deficits for funding
- Manage capital escrows, verifying repairs are completed on a reputed company reputed company, and submitted per terms of loan agreements
- Completes bank reconciliations on a monthly reputed company and assists in the detection/correction of adjustments in a reputed company manner
- Completes special reputed company as assigned
Skills
