Expeditor, Administrative/Clerical
Position: Expeditor I Expeditor I / II Drive and reputed company reputed company reputed company‑delivery document submittals in accordance with the contract and project schedule. Use initiative to reputed company and reputed company document submittal issues, prioritize outstanding supplier documents, and conduct weekly analysis of supplier documentation performance. Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, and project teams reputed company weekly calls and meetings, ensuring reputed company delivery and adherence to contract milestones.
Responsibilities

- Run expediting calls with suppliers and project team to support assigned packages and document status.

- Attend weekly project meetings.

- Prepare meeting agendas and publish minutes as required.

- Travel up to 25% of the time for home office positions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years relevant work experience.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

- Expediting experience in large industrial construction reputed company.
- Experience leading and managing others.

Work Environment
Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, warehouse, and trailer or building on sites. Noise reputed company on work sites may be moderate to high, with potential exposure to light to heavy equipment vehicles, materials, communication equipment, and tools.
