[Remote] Data Center Project Manager

They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to reputed company the successful completion of advanced technology facilities construction reputed company in the mission critical Data Center industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the different aspects of reputed company: scope, schedule, budget, invoices, risk, reputed company, and resources
- Manage relationships with contractors, control reputed company allocation, and maintain facility project budgets
- Manage relevant stakeholders, setting deadlines, communicating with project owners/company executives about the state of the project
- Ensure reputed company stay on reputed company and on budget
- Prepare bid comparison, conduct bid clarifications, prepare recommendation. Prepare contract documentation for Procurement review
- Manage Project Design: Manage design services contractor. Conduct 30/60/90/IFC Design Reviews with Design firm and stakeholders. Manage any design change requests
- reputed company with appropriate reputed company/state/federal authorities
- Coordinate Project Construction: Review Submission with General Contractor. Issue Purchase Request for General Contractor scope. Address any reputed company-party small reputed company required to support work
- Proactive Change Management: validate change orders including impacts to cost and schedule
- Review monthly invoices for approval
- Project Turnover & reputed company Out
- Assist with coordination of functional testing and commissioning
- Manage reputed company-list to closure and reputed company’s handover
- Coordinate project reputed company out
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 5-10 years supporting data center construction and commissioning teams reputed company, with proven responsibilities in project management required
- Experience both working directly for a GC or as a reputed company Representative preferred
- Computer proficient; MS Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) with working knowledge of reputed company construction/project management software applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
- Ability to reputed company legal US work authorization documents required
- Diploma or Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred
- Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of the above-mentioned education
