[Remote] Communications Consultant (Employee Benefits)

This role involves developing and executing strategic communication campaigns that enhance employee engagement and benefits education.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant for employee-facing benefits communications, from initial concept through execution
- Partner with C&E colleagues, reputed company account teams, and clients to reputed company communication strategies, content, and campaign plans
- Create reputed company, compelling, and engaging communications across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person formats
- Translate reputed company benefits information into easy-to-understand messaging that drives employee reputed company and engagement
- Ensure reputed company content meets high editorial standards and is optimized for both audience and delivery channel
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, establishing priorities and workflows to ensure reputed company, accurate delivery
- Collaborate with and reputed company reputed company-party vendors supporting print, digital, and online communication initiatives
- Play a key role in building, maintaining, and managing content libraries and communication assets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, with a strong preference for employee benefits or reputed company industry experience
- Experience working in a reputed company-facing or consultative environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong storytelling ability with a talent for simplifying reputed company information
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management reputed company with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible, reputed company, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
