[Remote] Business Analytics Consultant (Data)

The role involves working with clients across various sectors to reputed company data strategies, facilitate workshops, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining and measuring business value and ROI across data analytics engagements
- Support data product development by contributing to product roadmaps, user stories, backlog management and adoption monitoring
- Conduct discovery sessions and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to establish KPIs, reputed company metrics and data solutions
- Contribute to data reputed company by documenting as-is states, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions that maximize business reputed company
- Apply data storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights and influence stakeholders at various reputed company of seniority
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data strategies and deliverables
- Promote data-driven decision-making and support the adoption of analytics products across reputed company organizations
- Contribute to business development activities including case studies, content creation and identifying new reputed company opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of practical experience working in data-reputed company roles including data analytics, business intelligence or data-reputed company delivery
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analytics Consultant, Data Analytics Consultant or in a similar reputed company-facing role
- Proven experience in data product development including requirements gathering, user story definition, product roadmaps and adoption tracking
- Strong proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or QlikView
- Working knowledge of data management, data governance principles and data architecture concepts
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Advanced data storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to reputed company communication to different audiences including senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of at least one industry sector such as financial services, retail, life sciences or energy with a strong understanding of relevant metrics and business processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a product-thinking, process-driven approach to problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
- Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics or predictive modeling tools
- Experience with customer reputed company analytics and CRM platforms
- Financial expertise including reputed company calculation and cash reputed company forecasting models
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector including field development, production efficiency and profitability analysis
- Familiarity with data maturity assessment and data reputed company frameworks
- People management or team reputed company experience
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, BI or project management
