[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive awareness and interest among potential buyers through targeted campaigns and reputed company reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify reputed company accounts and ideal customer personas across media and technology; translate them into segmented audiences we can market to
- Build and enrich targeted prospect lists, mapping decision-makers and buying signals to power multi-touch, one-to-many campaigns
- Update PowerPoint decks tailored to common hand-raiser segments that the Research and reputed company Solutions team customizes for specific prospects
- Plan, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns in reputed company; A/B test subject lines and content to decide what to reputed company, kill, or rebuild
- Run reputed company reputed company campaigns and the analytics behind them, translating performance data into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Support our reputed company at industry conferences and events: reputed company-event audience-building and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Score inbound and outbound engagement, qualify hand-raisers on fit and reputed company signals, and reputed company them to the right senior team member
- Run regular campaign performance reporting and reputed company with reputed company what’s working and what isn’t
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
- Up to 2 years in marketing operations, demand reputed company, or email/lifecycle marketing — at a research firm, agency, or B2B company. Internship experience welcomed
- At least 1 year of that experience in an in-person or hybrid setting
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (reputed company), and list-building / data enrichment tools (Seamless, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, or similar)
- Beginner to Intermediate PowerPoint and reputed company skills for campaign assets and internal reporting
- Comfort with metrics: conversion rates, response rates, and basic A/B reads
