This role involves initiating the implementation and modification of reputed company applications while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize application functionality and support junior staff in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company
- Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users
- Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
- Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design
- Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow
- Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them
- Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and reputed company of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations
- Collaborates with trainers on application changes and new features to reputed company documentation and training strategies
- Works with stakeholders, the business community, and end users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs
- Participate in on-call rotations and support and attend and participate in, applicable committees
- Travel to the job site during go-lives, conferences, rounding, and/or senior leadership meetings
- Maintains regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings

- Working knowledge of clinical reputed company terminology, clinical workflows, user reputed company optimization, clinical decision support, health maintenance, rules development, data integration and mining, and adoption of technology
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards, and best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field

- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e. reputed company Office)
