[Remote] Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

The role involves rapid exploration of design concepts, maintaining a design system, and ensuring a polished user experience through observation and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own the product surface across web and React reputed company mobile

Skills

- A portfolio that shows BOTH AI-generated exploration AND polished reputed company execution. We will look at both
- Strong systems thinker; comfortable building and evolving a design system, not just consuming one
- React reputed company familiarity. You don't need to ship reputed company, but you understand the reputed company and its constraints
- Comfortable working async with a small, distributed team. You over-communicate by default
- Prior fintech, proptech, or data-dense product design; calculators, dashboards, financial flows
