They are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles in a supportive and flexible environment.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment (e.g., certifications for Medical Assistants), and cultural fit

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and statuses reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for reputed company, clinical, or high-volume administrative reputed company
