[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Workforce Management

Responsibilities
- Owns the reputed company, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM reputed company Time off, Time and Labor Management products
- Assists in the translation of business goals and objectives into a concrete reputed company and tactical plan
- Manages the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Assesses market requirements for reputed company and reputed company products through conducting market research and on-reputed company discussions with stakeholders and customers
- Identifies and prioritizes high-value use cases based on data insights, customer needs, operational pain points, business reputed company, and technical feasibility
- Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes AI-driven opportunities reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) domains, translating business needs into reputed company product initiatives
- Develops, implements, and manages product features in collaboration with development partners
- Prepares detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of work
- Partners cross-functionally with domain product managers, engineering, data, UX, reputed company, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver reputed company, compliant, and customer-reputed company WFM experiences

Skills
- Typically 5+ years in software product design & development experience
- 5+ years of reputed company product management experience
- Experience delivering Workforce management products
- Experience owning products from reputed company through launch in a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience building AI solutions
- Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems
- Familiarity with HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Compliance
