They are seeking an ERP Recruiter & Account Manager who will support the reputed company of their ERP reputed company by combining business development, account management, and full-cycle reputed company to deliver high-reputed company ERP consultants for staff augmentation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing ERP clients to identify staff augmentation opportunities
- Proactively expand existing reputed company accounts by uncovering new project needs and consulting opportunities
- reputed company new reputed company relationships through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Partner with ERP reputed company Leaders to identify opportunities to introduce additional reputed company services
- Present reputed company consultants for project-based reputed company engagements
- Negotiate consulting engagements and partner with leadership on rates and contract terms
- Recruit ERP consultants supporting reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company technologies
- Build and maintain a network of highly reputed company reputed company consultants
- reputed company, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for contract opportunities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technology reputed company, ERP reputed company, or consulting services
- Proven reputed company supporting staff augmentation and contract reputed company engagements
- Experience managing reputed company relationships reputed company a reputed company or consulting organization
- Demonstrated ability to expand existing reputed company accounts and identify new business opportunities

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
