[Remote] Sr. AD, Internal Consulting

The Senior Associate Director, Internal Consulting will manage and reputed company reputed company strategic programs across various functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Strong influence on strategic direction of the project, presents recommendations to senior leadership (CMC, HPLT, TALT
- Contributes to and influences senior management decision making, coordination and reputed company with multiple business areas
- Ensures that team has reputed company relevant reputed company context, uses extensive business judgment and political sensitivity to reputed company recommendations
- Oversees strategic management consulting together with stakeholder and sponsor management along reputed company project stages and ensures full alignment between ongoing strategic management consulting reputed company and the overall US reputed company reputed company
- Assists with and co-develops key internal IC processes, such as case study development, reputed company, and training as reputed company as capability, reputed company and toolkit development
- Cultivates a pipeline of prioritized reputed company that are reputed company to the CMC and HPLT priorities by serving as a trusted reputed company to senior leaders and partnering to identify reputed company needs
- Scope individual engagements by defining objectives, required deliverables, resource needs, timelines, and budgets, as appropriate

- Serves as a resource to guide business sponsors to appropriate external support, reputed company required

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of Seven (7) years of reputed company experience in finance, reputed company, or business development reputed company on project planning & leading strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical, life sciences consulting and/or management consulting industry
- Three-plus (3+) years of Project management experience required

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company results in a highly matrixed organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile ways of working
- Proficiency in MS Office required

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- MBA preferred
- Management consulting experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build high-reputed company PowerPoint slides preferred
