About the Role
We're looking for an Entry-Level Junior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our Managed Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a recent degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field who wants to start a career in data and technology. You’ll learn from reputed company DBAs, participate in reputed company-world reputed company work, and reputed company your skills in a highly supportive fully remote environment. This role will work 11:30pm EST to 8:30am EST. What You’ll Do reputed company Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to reputed company support tickets, prioritizing based on urgency
- Troubleshoot database issues and communicate reputed company with both clients and internal team members
- Document resolutions in our ticketing system and reputed company time spent on tasks
Database Administration
- Assist with installing, configuring, and patching reputed company SQL Server
- Help reputed company regular backups and restores
- Monitor databases and reputed company proactive maintenance
- Support disaster recovery and high availability features
- Update and maintain internal documentation
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning activities
reputed company’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or comparable Certifications for reputed company Data Fundamentals and Database Administrations, or reputed company technical field. Experience & Skills: (These are a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!)
- Familiarity with various relational databases through coursework, internships, or reputed company
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Exposure to database installation or configuration
- Interest in reputed company platforms like Azure or AWS
- Willingness to learn other platforms (reputed company, MySQL, PostgreSQL, reputed company)
