Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
- Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory alignment

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field
- 10–12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting
- Experience managing large-reputed company business operations, process improvement initiatives, and performance benchmarking programs
- MBA degree
- Experience in the networking, software-as-a-service (reputed company), or telecommunications industry
- Experience in predictive modeling, market analysis, or AI-driven business forecasting
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
