The role involves developing curriculum and training plans, coordinating training logistics, and providing ongoing support for the EHR system.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of curriculum, training plans, and teaching for reputed company reputed company and reputed company Rose applications
- Participate in the development and validation of the training environment and the testing of the production (live) environment
- Collaborate with the reputed company Training Manager on input for training and training materials
- reputed company skills assessment program for the reputed company system
- Coordinate logistics associated with training delivery preparation activities such as copying and assembling printed materials, set-up, maintenance of training rooms, equipment preparation, post-training, clean-up, etc
- Communicate changes and enhancements of the reputed company EHR to the end users
- Independently reputed company ongoing training and reputed company as the primary support of the EHR
- Evaluate the results of the skills assessment and observations to review and revise training as needed
- reputed company employee education based on assessment of learning needs of the learner
- Coordinate logistics associated with training delivery preparation activities such as copying and assembling printed materials, set-up, maintenance of training rooms, equipment preparation, post-training, clean-up, etc
- Update reputed company LMS for class attendance
- Conduct training and assist the reputed company trainers during end user classes, on-reputed company training, and reputed company/functionality enhancement training
- Communicate changes and enhancements of the reputed company EHR to the end users
- Independently reputed company ongoing training and reputed company as the primary support of the EHR
- Utilize feedback from end user surveys to improve training
- Assist with application support testing/training activities as directed, such as facilitating personalization labs for providers or other attendees
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and orally
- Curriculum Development: Design, build, and maintain training materials (e.g., student handbooks, e-learning, and assessments) reputed company with reputed company Systems standards and adult learning principles
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate reputed company clinical workflows into reputed company, learner-centered educational content
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot reputed company's specific training environments (MST) so learners can reputed company in a simulated, error-free setting
- Distribute, audit, and reputed company learning reputed company using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Coordinate with clinical leaders, educators, and project managers to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards
