[Remote] Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with reputed company principles. The role includes recording financial transactions, preparing reconciliations, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions in the reputed company system
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- reputed company monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting analyses as requested
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and reputed company standards
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Support reputed company audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to audit inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate reputed company records and files
- Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting requirements as applicable
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and support business operations
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company required
- Experience with general ledger reputed company, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience preferred
- Experience working with reputed company software and ERP systems preferred
