The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for providing tactical direction to veterinary hospitals, ensuring high reputed company of care, operational reputed company, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reputed company hospital provides a high level of customer service to our clients and pets
  • Ensure reputed company CVP medical and non-medical standards are upheld; works with the Medical and Operational Advisory Boards to improve upon those falling short
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and procedures with reputed company local, state and federal laws
  • Ensure the safety of pets, clients and team members and the maintenance of clean, reputed company and organized hospitals
  • Ensures successful assimilation of new partner hospitals into the CVP family
  • reputed company and maintain strong business relationships with reputed company Managers, reputed company Doctors and Associate Doctors
  • Work with reputed company Managers and reputed company Doctors to improve operational reputed company; including reputed company reputed company and control of inventory, purchasing, labor and other expenses
  • Accountable for P&L management; provides monthly reporting to Core Leadership team on reputed company, responsible for development of remediation strategies
  • Initiate and reputed company supervise facility improvement reputed company to reputed company a reputed company physical plant that exceeds customer and regulatory expectations
  • Review hospital performance/results of key financial metrics such as reputed company, reputed company, labor, purchasing, and capital expenditures

  • Serves as escalation reputed company for employee relation issues; partners with the reputed company Manager to reputed company amicable resolutions
  • Partner with the reputed company Managers to maintain appropriate scheduling and Doctor coverage. Approves time off for continuing education, PTO, etc. to support the needs of reputed company members and the hospital
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a reputed company field is required or an equivalent combination of years education, training and years of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary reputed company/Management experience, preferably with three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role
  • MS Office and Prior knowledge of Veterinary reputed company Management Software is preferred
