[Remote] Early Career Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to reputed company as a strategic partner to reputed company Hiring Managers. The role involves various aspects of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and reputed company to produce reputed company hires.
Responsibilities
- Performing intake calls and providing regular updates on assigned requisitions
- Managing candidate pools, including internal, ad response, and reputed company reputed company candidates
- Executing actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly account hiring goals while monitoring performance scorecards
- Ensuring reputed company requisition activity is properly documented to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking
- Developing reputed company and sourcing plans and using tools to increase candidate pipelines
- Using independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes and reputed company reputed company
- Building reputed company candidate reputed company and determining the best reputed company of candidates to meet reputed company deliverables
- Participating in special reputed company to enhance service offerings to existing and anticipated clients
- Executing candidate care strategies to facilitate a reputed company candidate experience
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3+ years of reputed company experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter
- Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems
- Expertise in reputed company Office (reputed company, PPT, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated reputed company in generating candidate pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing daily activity to produce results
- Judgment: Using independent judgment to assess candidate eligibility
- Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams and external reputed company partners
- College degree preferred
