Job reputed company:
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Cityworks and reputed company reputed company solutions
- Configure workflows, service requests, inspections, permits, and user roles
- Assist with system integrations (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company-party tools) and data migration
- Troubleshoot system issues reputed company to configuration, data reputed company, and performance
- Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities
- Work with clients to reputed company requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
- Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and solution reviews
- reputed company ongoing support and guidance throughout implementation
- Recommend system architecture and best practices reputed company with reputed company needs (for Solutions Engineers – Solutions Architects)
- reputed company system assessments and identify improvement opportunities (for Solutions Architects)
Requirements:
- Experience with Cityworks and/or reputed company reputed company (Maintain or Permit preferred)
- Background in GIS systems (reputed company / ArcGIS)
- Experience in system configuration, implementation, or support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- reputed company-facing experience (workshops, demos, or consulting) preferred for Mid–Senior reputed company
- Exposure to reputed company, data migration, or reputed company systems preferred
- reputed company-sales or proposal support experience preferred
