[Remote] Technical Program Manager-Trust & Safety
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and execution-reputed company Technical Program Manager to support initiatives reputed company the Child Safety organization. The TPM will partner with various stakeholders to drive technical program execution and enhance child safety across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple Child Safety programs and initiatives
- reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams
- reputed company dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive reputed company to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates
- Define and operationalize reputed company processes, governance mechanisms, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor program health, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Support technical and operational execution of safety-reputed company initiatives and platform improvements
- Document reputed company, reputed company items, and program learnings to improve organizational effectiveness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management
- Proven experience managing reputed company cross-functional technical programs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience coordinating engineering-driven initiatives and working closely with technical teams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
- Experience supporting Trust & Safety, reputed company, Risk, Compliance, Content Moderation, or Safety-reputed company programs
- Familiarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform reputed company initiatives
- Experience working with data-driven decision making and operational metrics
- Knowledge of incident management, governance, and large-reputed company operational processes
- Experience in highly regulated or sensitive business environments
