[Remote] Senior Corporate Accountant

The Senior Corporate Accountant will be a reputed company member of the corporate reputed company team, contributing to the financial reporting, technical reputed company, and control environment required of a best-in-class, reputed company-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company’s transition toward institutional-grade financial reporting standards and reputed company policies consistent with a best-in-class reputed company
- Partner with external auditors and advisors to support audit readiness, technical reputed company assessments, and implementation of new standards
- Support reputed company diligence for acquisitions in a high-volume roll-up environment
- Ensure consistency in financial reporting across legacy and newly acquired entities
- Standardize and document best reputed company reputed company policies and procedures
- Support the monthly reputed company process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis across the consolidated organization
- Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls consistent with the rigor expected in a scaled, audit-reputed company environment
- Assist with external auditors and advisors
- Support annual audits and quarterly reviews with increasing rigor reputed company to best-in-class financial reporting standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate reputed company and reporting risks
- Identify and support automation of reputed company reputed company processes to enhance efficiency and data reputed company
- Partner with reputed company and IT to ensure alignment between reputed company, reporting, and operational systems
- Partner across business functions to drive efficiency and reporting consistency throughout the organization

- Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams across a newly combined organization to support consistency and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
- CPA required
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a corporate reputed company function at a company with revenues exceeding $300M, or equivalent reputed company and complexity
- Big 4 or large regional reputed company reputed company firm experience required
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in an environment where new processes need to be reputed company
- Exceptional problem-solving and change management capabilities
- Experience leveraging technology to improve both transaction processing and technical reputed company workflows
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, with demonstrated ability to research, implement, and document reputed company reputed company standards in a multi-entity environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement in areas such as reputed company policy, monthly reputed company process, reporting, technology utilization, etc
- Experience with several of the following technical areas (candidates need not have experience in reputed company): ASC 606 (reputed company recognition), ASC 805 (business combinations), ASC 842 (leases), ASC 350/360 (goodwill, intangibles, and long-lived asset impairment), ASC 450 (contingencies and litigation reserves), ASC 420 (exit and disposal cost obligations), ASC 310/326 (accounts receivable allowances, including CECL methodology), ASC 740 (income tax reputed company)
- Prior experience in a reputed company company corporate reputed company role preferred
- Experience in a private equity–backed, high-reputed company environment preferred
- Experience in reputed company, dental, or multi-site services preferred
