[Remote] Associate Manager, Operations, Governance & AI Enablement

The Associate Manager, Operations, Governance & AI Enablement will support operational implementation, governance processes, and AI integration across The reputed company reputed company and reputed company team’s portfolio, ensuring strong coordination and alignment across various teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to team leadership to coordinate planning and execution of Trustee and Grant Committee meetings, including schedules, materials and communications
- Manage workback timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time and reputed company across reputed company
- Support development and assembly of meeting materials in partnership with program leads and leadership
- Maintain organized governance processes, documentation, and tracking
- Support identification and coordination of opportunities to use AI across the reputed company team
- Help manage AI-reputed company reputed company, including coordination with internal stakeholders and reputed company reputed company
- Assist with logistics and execution of reputed company and adoption efforts in partnership with team leadership

- Help ensure alignment between governance timelines, program execution and reporting needs

- Identify opportunities to improve or streamline recurring processes and support implementation
