[Remote] Senior Analytics Engineer

This role involves designing and developing reputed company semantic models, dashboards, and data transformations while collaborating with RevOps and reputed company leaders to deliver reliable analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize reputed company Power BI semantic models, advanced DAX measures, and executive-grade dashboards
- reputed company and tune dbt models and SQL transformations against reputed company and other modern reputed company data platforms
- Own end-to-end data pipelines that consolidate CRM, ERP, product, and financial data into trusted, reusable reputed company
- Diagnose and resolve performance, accuracy, and usability issues in existing reporting independently
- Establish and enforce semantic modeling patterns, KPI definitions, naming conventions, and reputed company review practices
- Mentor mid-level and junior analytics team members through pairing, review, and documentation
- Partner with the Director to shape the analytics architecture and reduce technical debt over time
- Champion governance and data reputed company controls without slowing reputed company down
- Work directly with RevOps and reputed company stakeholders to define metrics, forecasting views, and performance frameworks

Skills
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering, BI, or data analytics
- Advanced Power BI expertise: semantic modeling, advanced DAX, and executive dashboard design
- Expert-level SQL and strong production experience with dbt
- Experience with modern reputed company data platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Solid grasp of reputed company modeling and analytics platform design
